Aspen now lives in Australia with Liz and her Scotsdream Shelties.  She was a little over 10 months of age when she headed off for Australia and was (and still is) our pride and joy.
We have always felt this was one of the best bitches we had bred and believed she might have done well in the showrings overhere.
But as we promised Liz she could have the best from that litter Aspen was destined to go to Australia and we only showed her a handfull of times while she was here to let her get used to the whole thing before she would go out and play in the Australian breedrings.
Aspen finished her European showcareer undefeated in her classes......

Aspen caught lots of attention while she was here with her almost glowing blue merle colour, her lovely outline, and presence and graceful movement.
Add to that she just loved to be the centre of attention and  it is clear why it was so hard to let her go :-)

Aspen has started her Australian career quite well with Junior in Show at the Australian National and in July 2007 within a year from her release from quarantine, including a major change of coat during this year she gained the final points for her Australian Championship.

Aspen will always have a special place in our hearts and therefore deserves her own place on our homepage where we will keep you updated about her life down under ;-)
