Howard is our pride and joy, a Sheltie with the shape and attitude as we like to see them. Next to that he has the most lovely temperament. He's not easily impressed by anything or anyone and just loves people who visit us and that he meets at the shows.

We are so happy to have him and fully enjoy his playful temperament and the mischievous things he finds to do each day.

         

Howard was a slow developer and only reached his full potential at the age of 3 years but in return for that we hope to enjoy showing him a little longer ;-)
He has settled down a bit and discovered that laying on the couch in the evening is also enjoyable ;-)
Everyone that has met him personally fell in love with his easy going nature.

Howie still likes to join us when we are going to shows and at the moment he is keeping the other males company on their travels but we  will enter him once in a while under judges who's opinion we would like to have on him.
Howard has been shown at Crufts three times, the first time he was shortlisted with the last 7 in his class (special yearling) and in 2010 he gave us a day never to be forgotten by winning an enormous open dog class and ending up with the Reserve Challenge Certificate!!  A dream come true.
